Return Information

In the unlikely event that you want to return an item, our policy lasts 30 days from receiving your item. You must raise a return within the 30-day period, this can be done by sending an email to in**@ar*******.com, should the return be granted you must ensure your item is returned to us within 15 days of the acceptance, failure to do so may result in the item being returned to you or a reduced refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If upon arrival, with us, it is not in the original condition and/or used we may not issue a full refund. Once returned to us, we will inspect the item, if the item is as stated then we will authorise your refund. Please note refunds take 3 to 5 working days, to be available in your account, from the date of authorisation. Exchanges: If you wish to change the item you have received, rather than return it, we can arrange an exchange. This can be performed right at your door, all you need to do is call us on 0191 2966 966 or email us, we will discuss the available options, e.g. upgrading or downgrading the item, any costs for it and we will arrange the date with you. For exchanges, someone must be present at the property, the courier will not be able to perform this otherwise. We will need the best contact number for you, as the courier may call you the day before the exchange. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for ensuring the item is returned to us within 15 days of the return being granted. We recommend using a Courier Comparison company, such as Parcel2Go, as they can offer cheaper prices vs. going directly to a courier. If you are shipping an item over ยฃ50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If your product isn’t suitable for you and you would prefer another item from our range, we will accept an exchange of the item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
