It does exactly what it says it does! Simple and effective, can’t quite believe how easy it makes cutting great big logs.
It’s just like the video… brilliant.
Just be sure to separate the 35mm bolts from the 40mm bolts!!! 100% user error— I really will read the instructions thoroughly in future. In my defense I was just keen to cut a huge log into loads of tiny pieces!
Now I feel like one of the guys from the Ax Men TV show!

I was quite surprised at how well made the saw horse is. You kind of get used to flimsy cheap stuff at this price and it isn’t. It was easy to assemble, very sturdy and very easy to use although you must make sure you don’t cut your trunk lenghs too small before using it as it can be a bit slow to put a log on, make just one cut and start again. It doesn’t take long though once you work out you need to lengthen the chain first, put the log on and then place the chain over rather than what I did which was put the log on, hold it with my chest and then try and pull the chain over it. The chain holder really does work!
Managed to cut in 2 hours what last year took me 5 or 6. As someone who is 6ft2 it could be a little higher but so could lots of things.
Overall, I am very pleased and having ordered it at 10:30 at night it was dispatched at 7:50 the next morning and arrived the next day and delivery was included in the price.

Lovely bit of kit; delivered on time in a convenient box. Folds away for easy storage. Works really well. Be aware you are told it requires minimal assembly. Not quite true and you will need the appropriate spanners and Allen Keys.

Cannot believe such a fantastic service in this day and age, too many moans about poor customer service how about this then, bought the item on the internet at 10:15 it was dispatched at 11:45 and arrived the very next day at 08:59!!
