Terms of Product Warranty

The purchased product carries a limited parts warranty from the date of purchase for the indicated time. Please keep proof of purchase as this will be required for any claim.

Should the product become defective, contact the store where it was purchased and either replacement parts will be issued, it will be repaired or it will be replaced free of charge.

In the unlikely event of a fault, the customer may be required to undertake basic fault finding with the aid of our technical support team.

NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR INCORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCT. MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT (UNLESS AUTHORISED BY ARROWS UK) WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Any part that has become inoperative due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, or alteration.
  2. The unit, if it has not been operated and/or maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual.
  3. Normal wear
  4. Routine maintenance items such as lubricants or blade sharpening.
  5. Normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure.
  6. Commercial use for hire or rental.

Shipping charges:

Shipping charges for the delivery or collection of the unit, parts of the unit or attachments to the unit are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser must pay transportation charges for any part submitted for replacement under this warranty unless such a return is requested by Arrows UK.

International customers including EU states may be subject to import tariffs and taxes imposed by your own country on receipt of your goods.

Return and Collection:

When arranging the collection of your item for return, in any circumstance, you must ensure that the item is completely safe for travel. If you are returning an item that is equipped with a petrol engine, then the engine must be dry of all petrol (fuel) and engine oil. By agreeing to our collection, you are confirming and verifying that you have taken all precautionary measures to ensure the safe transit of the item.

Delivery Acceptance

Due to the substantial size and weight of Arrows UK products, a customer or authorized representative must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Delivery personnel are not permitted to leave items unattended. The initial delivery attempt will be made at no additional charge to the customer. Should the customer or authorized representative be unavailable at the time of delivery, subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional fees.

Delivery Scheduling Adjustments

Should a customer anticipate being unavailable to accept a scheduled delivery, they must contact Arrows UK as soon as possible to explore alternative arrangements. Arrows UK will endeavor to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests to the best of its ability.
